Covid-19 Delivery Notice
In response to COVID-19, although we are continuing to deliver, we would like to seek your understanding and apologise in advance for any delays you may face with regards to your orders.
Our warehouse is in Hong Kong, and due to the current COVID-19 situation, we need to prioritise the wellbeing of our workers and create a safe working environment following the social distancing rules which would affect the packing times of the parcels. Flights out going has also been limited and cancelled and our team is working hard under these conditions to continue to fulfill all orders. We thank you for your understanding under these unusual times.
We process and ship out orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped every Friday. (If public holiday is on Friday, orders will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day).
Orders with EMS, FedEx or DHL shipping will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Saturday, not including public holidays)
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Some countries may restrict the import of clothing and accessories depending on their policies, and any problems that may occur are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact the customs in advance to ensure safe shipping.
Depending on the customs and tax policy, additional taxes and fees may occur. This is in accordance with applicable national policies, so please contact the appropriate country’s customs for any queries and follow their requests. If not in settled, any problems and issues that may rise are attributable to the recipient.
If you need additional documents for customs clearance or you parcel gets stuck in Customs, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and tracking number. We will strive to assist to the best of our abilities, but it is not guaranteed.
Track your order
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during the Public Holidays.
Once your order has left the store, you will receive an email or message containing an air waybill number to track its progress online.
Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
