When can I expect to receive my package?
We process and ship out orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped every Friday. (If public holiday is on Friday, orders will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day).
Orders placed with EMS, FedEx or DHL shipping will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Saturday, not including public holidays)
Our standard shipping method is Hong Kong Post E-Express, which usually arrives within 14-28 business days;
EMS delivery within 7-14 business days.
We also offer FedEx (5-6 business days) or DHL Express (2-4 business days) upon requests.
How long will it take to ship to my country?
It will depend on your location and courier of choice. For more details, please check our shipping information page.
How can I track the status of my package?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email from hongkong@brycelandsco.com containing tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
I entered the wrong email address or mobile number wrong on my order, how can I get my shipment status?

How can I edit or change my shipping address after I place the order?

Can I exchange or return my order?
If you are not fully happy with the items you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in resalable condition, with original tags and packaging.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Socks, inner-wear, and item that has been altered cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original item.

How do I exchange or return my order?
Please email hongkong@brycelandsco.com for a return form and enclose the completed return form with your order to our Hong Kong store.
Do I get a physical return shipping label for my exchanges or returns?
No. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Which stores are eligible for in-store pickup?
At the moment, only Hong Kong store offers in-store pickup service for online purchases.
How do I know when my order will be ready for pickup?
When your order is ready, you will receive an email from us for picking up your order along with the store contact information. Usually, orders will be ready the next business day.
Can I ask someone else to pick up my order?
Yes. If someone else is picking up your order, they will have to present your order number and order confirmation to our shop staff.
