Exchange and Return Policy

If you are not fully happy with the items you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in resalable condition, with original tags and packaging. You have the option of exchange, or return in the form of store credits or gift cards.

We are not able to accept return or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. 

Socks, boxers, undershirts, Pre-Order/MTO and item that has been altered cannot be exchanged.​The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.​

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We do not take  any responsibilities for loss or damage in shipping.​

For exchanges, please email us at hongkong@brycelandsco.com for the items you would want to change. We are able to place a temporary hold on your exchange item. Exchange can only be made one time for each purchased item.​​​​​​
