Exchange and Return Policy​

If you are not fully happy with the items you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in resalable condition, with original tags and packaging. You have the option of exchange, or return in the form of store credits. 

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Socks, inner-wear, and item that has been altered cannot be exchanged.The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We do not take  any responsibilities for loss or damage in shipping.

For exchanges, please email us at for the items you would want to change. We are able to place a temporary hold on your exchange item. Exchange can only be made one time for each purchased item.

Customs and Tax

Some countries may restrict the import of clothing and accessories depending on their policies, and any problems that may occur are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact the customs in advance to ensure safe shipping.

Depending on the customs and tax policy, additional taxes and fees may occur. This is in accordance with applicable national policies, so please contact the appropriate country’s customs for any queries and follow their requests. If not in settled, any problems and issues that may rise are attributable to the recipient.

If you need additional documents for customs clearance, we will strive to assist to the best of our abilities, but it is not guaranteed.
